The Ultimate Goal Planner Pack Is Here To Make 2018 Your Best Year Yet!

3.5 months later, and I’m so unbelievably excited to finally introduce you to, The Ultimate Goal Planner Pack!

Exactly this time last year, I shared my very first goal focused printable set on the blog. As the year went on, the feedback I received about how helpful the sheets were, and how so many people were genuinely using them to make big things happen in their lives, blew me away! To top it off, word somehow got around about the printables, and the number of blog subscribers I was getting because of them was shocking! I had more subscribers in the space of 6 months, than I had in the 6 years that I was blogging on my former blog loveyourtresses!

Needless to say, I had caught onto something people were really looking for.

It dawned on me as the year went on however, that the sheets I had shared, were just a fraction of the goal planning sheets that I myself was using, to achieve some of the amazing things that I was. So I decided in September, to create a printable set, which would include the most impactful of goal focused resources, that I was using to achieve my goals. And here it finally is…

Hiding my natural hair – My battle with hair loss/excessive shedding

No doubt one of the most difficult things I’ve had to share during my blogging journey, but it had to be done.

I recently experienced my first major setback since starting my healthy hair journey seven years ago. I promised myself that once I had figured out what had caused me to lose handfuls of hair during wash day, I would share a video on my channel to help those who may be going through something similar.

Below are three videos sharing… View Post

Five tried & tested time management tips for maximised productivity

In my last post, I gave you the scoop on one of my most effective time management tools. I was pleasantly surprised by how many people downloaded the free template, and think it’s fair to say that time management is something many of us are struggling with!

Today I want to take things a step further, and share on four additional tools and techniques, that have helped me to master my time, and boss up on my productivity game.

Let’s get straight to it.

My time management schedule & how I get the most out of each day [+ Free Template]

By now I’m sure you know how important goal setting is to me. At the end of every year I take time out to write my goals, and most important of all, I create a practical action plan that will help me to achieve them.

For Example
Goal – Get Prince2 Certification
Action plan – Save £500 in January + February, and then enroll on 5 day Prince2 course in March

Whilst setting my goals and having an action plan definitely has its benefits, I often find that these tasks alone are not enough when it comes to achieving longer term goals, or goals that have proved difficult to achieve in the past.

Let me explain.

My midweek self care + self love pamper routine

It’s been a while hasn’t it? If you follow me on Instagram you’ll already know I recently took some time out to recharge. Initially my ‘time out’ involved little to no recharging at all, in fact I was all up in my feelings for the most part, and simply put… an emotional wreck! Fortunately for me, being married and not living by myself, means that if there’s ever a time I’m not feeling my best, my Husband steps in and helps me get back on track.

Now for those wondering what caused my mini breakdown, View Post
